I have been meaning to email for some-time, but unfortunately due to being busy at work and with training, it has proven a tricky task. I wanted to thank you for your help, as since I have been running with the orthotics, everything seems to be going well. I wear the orthotics for my long steady and slow runs. The only time I don’t wear them is when I’m doing speed work; as naturally how I land changes (I run more on my toes). Being injury free has enabled me to push on with my training, getting to an even higher standard and competing at a level that seemed very far away whilst injured.
